This small, brightly-lit, Glatt Kosher eatery serves Israeli snacks and sandwiches, including falafel, kebabs, and shawarma. Order at the counter, but be prepared to wait a bit, since the food is prepared to order. Note that they close early on Fridays and are closed Saturdays for Shabbat.

Food to Crave
Rami's falafel and hummus pitas are definitely crave-worthy. The place is usually busy, there's no place to sit most the time, and while the guys at the counter and place in general are fairly clean-looking, the staff has a bad habit of using bare hands to put the pita together. So while the squeamish should stay away, the trusting can enjoy some really great food.    [08 Jul 2004 18:56:48]
