Great Find
Went to this restaurant with my parents when I was younger about 15 years ago when it was the Playhouse Rest. It was great then but had run down. This recently reopened with new owners and it one of the best meals I've had on the Cape. Had a great steak with blue chesse and onion rings, and my wife had salmon which she loved. Second time there we had pizza, which was as good as I have had on the Cape. Pretty good remodel for an old building. Cute Bar, in fact, we have been there twice and my wife preferred eating in the bar.    [02 Jul 2003 18:47:48]

Wonderful Surprise
My husband and I spent a long weekend on the Cape recently and stumbled across Center Stage Cafe when we purchased tickets at the Cape Playhouse. If you love Mediterranean food, you absolutely must give this place a try!    [02 Jul 2003 22:44:39]

The Only Place to Dine in Dennis
We have lived in Dennis for 23 years and have been to this restaurant many times over the years. I believe this is the restaurant's second or third season under new management. Never have I seen the place look so beautiful & clean and never have I tasted such wonderful flavors! Service has terrific as well! The Sunday Brunch is also very good. Great Food

Restaurant Changes Hands
Center Stage has been our favorite restaurant on the Cape. We loved the Mediterranean menu choices and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant has just re-opened under new management (Spring 2006). The menu has changed completely and the prices are significantly higher. We can't speak for the quality of the restaurant now, since we have not eaten there, but be aware that old reviews may not be relevant.    [03 May 2006 10:53:11]

We Love the New Center Stage
The menu is full of variety and very reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. You should try the perfect storm; it's been said to be the best lobster roll on the cape.    [07 Jun 2007 12:04:43]
