My family enjoyed eating in this rustic, unpretentious brewpub. The food appeared to be made from fresh ingredients, portions were generous, and we enjoyed some good beer brewed on the premises.

We were in Great Barrington as visitors, but most of the other diners appeared be local.    [09 Apr 2004 15:46:08]

Nice Place to Meet up and Have Dinner
Pleasant, warm atmosphere, with a tavern area to grab a beer in if you're getting a table during the busy hours.

Everything I've tried has been good. The two times I've been there the food has been good. Fish and chips this evening were tasty and delicious.

The beer is good - haven't sampled everything they brew, but the Hopland Pale Ale is good, and so is the Blonde Ale.    [26 Feb 2006 00:45:19]

nice place
A nice family restaurant..good burgers and chili, HUGE delicious desserts and their own home-made beer. Nice combination.
The atmosphere is 'pub like' and comfortable.
There is a sports bar in the back and pool tables upstairs, but the whole establishment is definitely set up for family fun.    [19 Dec 2006 13:05:25]
