The Bistro dining room seats 100. The Red Steele Cafe seats 40 and has live entertainment Fri and Sat nights. The Great Cedar Ballroom holds 175 for weddings and 200 for comedy shows.

Culinary Institute of America graduate Jim Wirzburger is the executive chef and owner along with wife, Deborah.

Monthly wine dinners take place on the second Thursday of each month. An early-bird menu is available Tue.-Thu. and Sun.
