Great Food and Atmosphere The owner/chef of Keons really knows how to create a great menu and atmosphere. The aroma when you walk in the door made my mouth water. I had the salmon which was excellent. Others in my party had the bone in roast pork chop that looked wonderful. The restaurant has a small but cozy seating capacity. You can choose from booths, tables or sitting at the bar. []

Didn't Live Up to the Hype. The tables are cramped together unless you're lucky enough to get a booth. There is barely enough room for the server to get your plates to the table. The appetizers of potato and leek soup and shrimp were very good. My pork chop was overcooked and dry. The meals took over 45 minutes (after finishing the appetizers) to get to our table. Another party had sat next to us after we finished our appetizers and they finished their entrees before ours even came. When we mentioned it to the manager, he said he didn't care. Absolutely the Best This is a real gem. We are now retired and live in Arizona, but no matter where we go, we always return to Keon's. It is simply and absolutely the best food anywhere - Los Angeles, Phoenix, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, even New Orleans (yes, we have been there - done that). For those who are fortuate enough to live north of Boston, the best food is here. True, the menu is limited, but when you consider that everything is done to order - no microwave here - you begin to appreciate what you have. The bar is stocked with delightful wines, and even the house wines are wonderful. Truly a dining experience that is worth the trip. [16 Aug 2004 16:46:28]

Excellent We've been here twice so far and we will continue to return for the high quality food and wonderful service. The tuesday night specials, while they last, are a steal. The restaurant is small and some tables are tight if you have a party of six or more, which we did, but I still enjoyed it very much.
The wine list is somewhat short but well chosen. You should be able to find a wine that suits your taste at a reasonable price. [12 Jun 2007 16:01:28]
