A Hidden Gem Soup-Herb was introduced to me through a friend; if she didn't suggest it, I probably would not have ever noticed the place existed.
Every dish I've had from there has been fabulous and I've tried nearly everything on the menu!
I recommend this restaurant to all my contacts in the area. Friendly staff, outstanding food, reasonable prices...what else could you need? [13 Dec 2005 18:31:28]

Best of Hudson It's off the beaten path but worth the travel. I usually meet there with friends but have even eaten alone at the counter. Incredible dishes and the corn bread is great. The dessert sampler hits the spot. Just enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. [10 Jan 2006 13:53:55]

Wonderful Place I have eaten at this restaurant a few times and have not been disappointed. The food is excellent, not to mention the courteous service we received when we entered near closing. I have eaten in many restaurants but this one is a real gem. [02 Nov 2006 20:22:27]

You Won't Be Disappointed You'll be quite surprised, though not disappointed! Ambiance is nothing to write home about, though the food is absolutely top-notch. Definitely worth the trip. All dishes are excellent. [03 Nov 2006 14:21:26]

Soup-Herb Fabulous This is an incredible find! Chef Brian's dishes are full of homemade flavor, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. If you miss your Mom's cooking - mashed potatoes or comfort foods with a flair, you will delight in this restaurant. Friendly, courteous staff, prompt service, like dining with family. A gratis dessert to finish your meal - superb! [27 Jan 2007 20:19:37]

Metrowest Magic We have been customers for some time now and we just can't get enough of Soup Herb. We've had several family celebrations here and everyone at the table has loved their meal...a rare occurrence! The food is quality from scratch and you can taste the difference. The menu is stocked with fresh fish but the various other dishes will delight everyone. Love the slice of pie included for dessert - pecan chocolate is outstanding. If this place was on Route 9 in Natick or Framingham, you would have an hour wait every night. [18 Jul 2007 08:10:58]

Fantastically Surprising I have to tell you that this is one of my favorite places to eat. I work in Hudson and was lucky enough to find it right away. Although It is off the beaten path, I tell everyone about it and have brought friends and family. Food is incredible! French onion soup of which the likes I have never had. Only complaint: not open on Monday. :) Recommend it highly. [17 Sep 2007 12:26:45]
