Certain Dishes Are Great A week ago, my boyfriend and I decided to try out Teppanyaki, and had a wonderful experience. we came for lunch, and ordered the sushi/sashimi lunch special, and the crispy beef with sesame lunch combo. The food was very fresh and light, and though our waiter spoke very little English, he was courteous and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
The second time we went to Teppanyaki, it was a different story. We brought one of our friends, and were disappointed by the dishes. First off, the dinner menu is about 3x more expensive than the lunch menu, and while this is not terrible, the portions were hardly bigger, and the food was not as good. My boyfriend ordered the house lo mein, I got the crispy beef with sesame again, and our friend ordered the chicken with ginger and scallions. The lo mein was quite flavorless, and the chicken had such an overpowering ginger taste that we could not enjoy any other elements of the dish. The only plate we really enjoyed was the crispy beef. Furthermore, our waitress brought out the wrong beef dish at first. We will definitely go again, as the ambiance, and some of the dishes are wonderful, but we'll be more careful with what we order. Love the Hibachi table I went to this place with my family one night and was curious about the hibachi table they have. We sat down and even though at first I thought the price was a little bit too much, I totally changed my mind. First of all everything comes with a choice of the hibachi menu. It has soup and awesome salad (I love the dressing). They also serve with shrimps, vegetables, etc. If you don't like the regular steamed rice which comes with it (I recommend the hibachi fried rice with a little extra payment), you can change it to fried rice (3 different kinds) or the habachi noodle (kids love it). It was a lot of food and it was great; worth it to try! By the way, we also had some sushi rolls; those were awesome, and the value, let's just say, a lot of fish.
Loved it; the waitress we had was fine too. Love the fishes in the tank, and people from the front desk were very nice to us. [14 Jul 2008 09:26:25]

Hibachi Food Is Fun Me and my kids come to eat hibachi food once a week, we like the show and steak. My kids love to see the volcano they create on the table. The staff is nice. [16 Jul 2008 00:09:44]
