Description

Malden's oldest restaurant, brothers David & John serve Italian entrees for $11.95 - $15.95 including panfried veal cutlets, chicken Florentine with a pink basil sauce, and Pasta Primavera. Specialty pizzas and gigantic calzones ($8.50), seafood entrees and barbeque dinners are also featured on the menu. Sandwiches, pasta favorites and salads also are available, burritos and quesadillas were recently introduced and breakfast is now served beginning at 6 a.m. Keno can be played at the bar and all the tables.

A function room seating 30 can be reserved for pizza parties or special groups.

The restaurant can be reached by MBTA Bus #108 (midway between Malden Center and Wellington Orange Line stations). Highland Cafe has its own well-marked parking lot directly across the street.

Lousy. Once upon a time this place was great but ever since it has been kinda lousy. The staff is nice but the food just isn't good anymore. I don't know what happened!    [09 Aug 2008 20:51:58]
