Be Sure to Eat Here Took my mother here today for lunch. Both of us had the baked haddock. Huge portion and so fresh. Mom had the clam chowder which she said was very, very delicious. Service was terrific. Always filling coffee cup. Brought homemade rolls to table. Will definitely return.
Very clean inside. Cozy and warm atmosphere. [18 Mar 2006 16:21:31]

The best place we've Eaten in a Long Time! Ever gone to a restaurahent and been totally disappointed? Trust me - The food and service were soo good the first time we dined there on a thursday night (Baked Haddock and Lamb Tip combo and Shrimp Scampi to die for) we went back on Saturday and it was better (Coconut Shrimp and Steak - Yum! and Veal Parmigiana with Ravioli!) Marinara sauce is out of this world. Everyone that works here is family - happy to assist - very casual atmosphere - huge portions and very reasonable prices - off street parking in the lot on the intersecting Cross Street. Five STARS! Try this place - you won't bw disappointed (short wait on Saturday night) - small cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Super clean! [10 Dec 2006 09:46:49]

Favorite Spot I live close by and stop in at least once or twice a week. Food & Service are excellent. The place (and bathroom) are always spotless. [06 Feb 2007 13:10:38]

Rolls I go there at least once a week. The only thing I have a problem with is the rolls. They bring them to you right away. They are hard and not too good, and by the time you get your salad they are gone. It takes forever to get more and it seems it makes the cook mad to order more. The poor waitress gets yelled at by the kitchen if you order more. Why don't they just serve wonderful premade dinner rolls and stop this madness. The rolls they serve are not that great in the first place but would be a wonderful addition to your salad. [21 Mar 2007 19:13:04]

chicken piccatta I go there at least once a week and have never had a bad meal there except for one awful time: thee chicken Picatta was almost like a joke. When Janet, the best waitress by far, put it in front of me I was stunned. Here was a pound of linguini with a hugh slab of deep fried chicken smothered with the butter and caper sauce without a hint of lemon! This is an Italian restaurant? I said nothing and picked away at the pasta as I was embarassed for Janet and didn't want to cause a stir as it was very busy, but really, give me a break, somone should show them how to do the real thing, it's not that hard,(my chicken was)!! I still love it there and go back weekly but will never order that again. Bob, Saugus [23 Mar 2007 19:24:14]
