Wonderful
Dining at Johnny Rocket's in the Natick Mall reminded me of a scene from "Grease" or something. Service was wonderful; We were seated right away, and the food came out within 5 minutes. I ordered a burger and a *great* chocolate shake, my sister ordered a grilled cheese, and I gotta hand it to the cook-staff there. I've never tasted a better burger in my life! The place looks like a large diner, all red glitter vinyl booths, and the kitchen is all chrome. All that was missing was my poodle skirt. Great Family Place to Eat
All the years that my family and I have eaten at Johnny Rockets in Natick we have had only one bad experience. Today we all went to Johnny's, 5 of us. My grandmother got a soda {diet coke with vanilla}. After finishing our meals she wanted to finish her soda. She picked up the glass which was half full to see a small crack with a starburst. She gave it to the waitress when she paid the bill. The waitress said nothing and just set the glass aside. I hope in the future the girls are more careful checking their drinks when filling them. A child could have gotten hurt. We eat at this restaurant 4 or 5 times a week. This is the kids' favorite place to eat.    [13 Aug 2003 21:37:07]

Great Break from Shopping in the Natick Mall

Not what It Used to Be
When the mall was new, and Johnny Rockets first opened, the burgers were good, the jukeboxes worked, the waitresses were pleasant and entertaining, and the counters and steel were shiny and clean.

Don't Bother
I found a rude manager when I complained about my burger being too rare for me. He looked at me like no one's ever complained before!
