Bad Service - Bad Attitude
I was visiting the mall from Connecticut on 12-12-07. I decided to eat at McDonald's. To my surprise, the cashier refused to make coffee since there was none ready. First, I thought she was kidding; then I realized she was serious. I asked her why she couldn't make coffee. Her answer, to my surprise: she doesn't want to as it's late. I said "You know about McDonald's policy." She replied "Yes."

I have been visiting McDonald's restaurants for the past 40 years and never experienced this kind of behavior from the cashier. I always visit the mall when in Framingham (at least once a month). I will never eat at that McDonald's    [17 Dec 2007 02:21:29]

The crew here is not friendly and not listening. One time the burger wrapper was not right, and [the crew was] talking on the cellphone while working. That's why all the things that you ask for are not in the bag. When they run out of paper receipts they don't put in a new one. That's why I couldn't show that one item was missing from my purchase.    [18 Feb 2008 01:15:10]
