I found Pho Pasteur by accident in Needham while I was visiting my friends. It reminded me much of the pho back home in California and Vietnam. The food was so excellent, almost undescribable. Great food at affordable prices. The food has been quite satisfactory; spicy hot pot, chicken lemongarass and vietnamese salad are my favorites Fresh springrolls are so fresh and so yummy. I get healthy portions of healthy food. The wait staff so nice. They are courteous and capable and were really nice. A friend and I were waiting for a whole hour for a third to show; the restaurant was about to close and the wait staff was still good. Wow. That is what I call good service and a nice wait staff.
