I just wish that they opened 7 days a week.
Nick's Pizza has a unique flavor that sets it aparts from everyone else as the best pizza in the area. Their pizza does not overwelm you with too many spices and salt. I know for a fact that they make fresh dough every day becuase I have seen them working in the kitchen area; making dough and preparing pizza. Maybe that is why Nick's Pizza makes one of the few pizzas in the area that does not give me indigestion afterwards; their pizza is fresh. Nick's Pizza has their own style pizza. Some people want to compare them to NY style pizza but that is not true. Nick's Pizza uses pans to cook their pizza rather then placing them directly on the brick oven as other places do. The only thing that I wish Nick's Pizza would do is to not sell individual slices of pizza because Nick's Pizza should be eaten fresh; right after it has been cooked. Sometimes slices of pizza sit around too long and they will get to dry.    [14 Nov 2006 00:15:06]
