Awful food and service comes to mind about my experience with Charley's. Went there for my birthday and it was the worst experience. Very few dinners but the food took forever and when it arrived it was cold. My prime rib was well done and I had ordered rare. The manager told me it was the last piece left and believe me it looked like it. She came to the table expecting me to take it and then offered me something else but the rest off the party had consumed most of their meal. I was fed up with the long wait. This is the third visit and each time the service and food have declined in quality. This was my last visit.    [25 Apr 2005 08:54:54]
