Love It A totally enjoyable dining experience. We were there with another couple and again with our two children. I love this restaurant. [06 Feb 2003 16:54:23]

Watch the Kitchen While I really enjoy many aspects of Sky there is one notable problem. Three out of the last five times I've been there they have overcooked the food. For some dishes this isn't as noticeable, however, the list of casualties include: 1 very blackened steak that was ordered as medium it came with very stiff asparagus. 1 very crispy burger. 1 rack of coal ribs. The ribs were something like Yosemite Sam when he crumbles after an explosion.
All of these were returned and reasonably promptly replaced with a smile and I've had no trouble with other dishes. Their jazz brunch is awesome and I highly recommend it. [27 Feb 2003 08:59:57]

Get There This Month What a great dining experience. At last there is a place to go around here for quality food. No more driving down to Boston or Providence. [01 Oct 2003 22:22:42]

Recent Review Just went there for the first time this past week. It is a lovely looking restaurant and I would give it 4 stars for ambiance. The wait staff was very attentive and would also rate 4 stars. I was a little disappointed in the food, I had ordered one of the evening specials - a snapper - and it had trouble competing with the sauce. Very little flavor of the fish or the crabmeat filling came through.
The bread sticks were unimpressive (3 small 5 inch sticks for 2 adults) and not replenished.
The dressing on the Ceasar salad could have been a bit more tangy.
I will try Sky again and order something else. [09 Jan 2004 14:25:50]

Lots of Fun The wives smoke, so the glassed-in lounge works. Service, food, drinks - all great. Funny though...wife walked into ladies room and met a cross-dresser or ?. He was dressed like a she. It was quite the topic around the bar once people realized what was going on with the ballerina that was hanging with a bad Fabio look-a-like.
Thought we were going to a quiet place in suburbia. Got lots more - great food and entertainment.
Nothing wrong with Sky. Great fun, can't wait to try the brunch...maybe some more shemales to liven up the atmosphere! [07 Mar 2004 08:36:20]

We Highly Recommend Sky Sky in Norwood is a favorite of ours, especially when we don't feel like driving to Boston. Bartenders are knowledgable about cocktails and wine, and seasonal drink menu is extensive. For lunch we would highly recommend the crab cake salad or the lobster club - both are very fresh, simple, but delicious. For dinner, the filet is always cut-with-a-fork perfect. Pan-seared scallops are wonderful. Sky is always extremely clean, and the atmosphere is warm. [31 Jan 2006 11:21:17]

A Review for Young Adults My friends and I, ages 23 and 24, were impressed with the ambiance of this restaurant when we first entered the lounge to meet some of my co-workers. Due to lack of space, my 2 friends and I sat ourselves at a comfortable round table, prepared to order drinks. The waiter checked our valid Massachusetts licenses, took our order and left. A few minutes later the manager came to the table to check the I.D.'s a second time as we did look young and they are liable if we were not of age. Confirming that we actually were of age, the manager left.
I was offended when another waitress came to take our orders. Confused, I tried to explain that we had already ordered and had a waiter, but it became evident that the waiter did not even have the respect to write down our order. He simply acted like he was taking it and immediately got the manager without considering the possibility that we were of age and should have been served.
I am not sure if the presence of young adults is discouraged at this restaurant, but the fact that the waiter was so discriminatory that he wouldn't even take our order is offensive, and I assure anyone who is a young adult that my friends and I will not be going to Sky again after being made to feel so uncomfortable. What Happened? Lunch at Sky is really getting awful! I used to go regularly with clients for lunch to impress them, but neither clients nor I are impressed anymore. They have these new sweet potato fries that sound good, but they are battered and soggy, and just terrible. Bread on sandwiches is always dry and more than day old, and bacon (used on club sandwiches) is cooked hours (maybe days) before so the bacon grease is very congealed. Plus, I have often sat under this wall piece with candles on it in dining room, and I have continued to watch it get dustier and dustier - now there is just a huge layer of dusty, dirty ickiness all over it.
