Satisfying Breakfast My wife & I recently had a late breakfast here and were both well pleased. The menu offered a wide selection of combinations to suit our appetites. Our server was efficient and knowledgeable and had a minute or two to chat if desired. Our meals were served promptly and the food was good. My wife's order of French toast was served with a huge dollop of butter and an individual maple syrup. I ordered a "sampler" breakfast and was impressed with the food variety, quality, quantity and presentation. We left fully intending to return and would recommend the breakfast menu to anyone. Out tab came to around $15.00 and the meal was well worth it. [29 Oct 2000 14:03:48]

Good Grub! Our family recently had dinner here and were well satisfied. We ordered Chicken Fried Chicken, Chicken Fried Steak, and a sampler plate. The food was well prepared and presented, our server attentive and courteous, the atmosphere OK, and the place was clean. A roaring fire in the massive fireplace lent authenticity to the country theme. Prices were reasonable considering the portions serves and the variety of available side dishes.
We'll be back! [13 Dec 2000 04:21:01]

YUMMY! The Cracker Barrel is WONDERFUL! If you are looking for some good ol' fashioned American dining, be sure to stop at the Cracker Barrel. I recommend the BLT sandwich and the onion rings. The onion rings are absolutely massive-- be prepared! The place is clean and so is the food-- nothing too fancy (which the kids like) and there's this cool little gift shop attached and it's like an old general store or something. Very interesting. I recommend the Cracker Barrel to anyone who likes good American food. [17 Mar 2003 19:12:36]

chicken pot pie I was very disappointed when I visited your restaurant in Dalton, Georgia, I ordered my usual CHICKEN POT PIE and to my dismay it had been taken off the menu. What could have possessed you to do such a thing? I visited your restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee, ordered my usual CHICKEN POT PIE, and guess what, it had been taken off the menu. I would strongly suggest you add it back on. Melissa [27 Apr 2003 16:42:19]
