Description

A popular pub/restaurant serving a widely varied menu, ranging from steaks and homemade meat dishes to Cajun and Chinese-style meals. Also offers a large selection of appetizers. This is a large facility, with separate seating areas and a large bar. In spite of the size, Piccadilly's retains a cozy pub appeal. Meals are reasonable in price and luncheon and dinner specials are offered.

Good Food
First of all I loved the pickles they gave me in the first place. They tasted more like cucumbers and they were great. I had the fried chicken and chips basket and I asked for it to be buffalo style. It was very spicy which is the way I like it. I thought it was great how they actually gave me enough bleu cheese dressing on the side. I also had a generous amount of fries. Along with my meal I had a diet soda and the free refills were incredible. I thought the prices were unbelievably low. The very nice waitress brought me another soda before I had to ask for another one. She was on top of things. My nephew was with me and he is 14 months old. The waitress even brought him a colorful cup full of water which we could take home. The waitress even gave him crayons at the door so he could draw while I was ordering. My meal was so big I couldn't stay for dessert but I am sure that it would have been great! Thank you, and I just want to say that this restaurant is great, and I plan on coming back soon.    [01 May 2003 10:31:43]

Restaurant Ignores Customers
Never got a chance to eat in this location as I waited for 30 minutes to be waited on and no one ever came to take our order - so we go up and left.    [01 Nov 2003 17:08:02]

Great Homestyle Food
Have eaten lunches here several times as it would appear everyone else in this area does it frequently judging by the nearly full dining rooms and bar after 2 in the afternoon. Service is good with an adequate number of servers.
The food we had was outstanding and obviously home made. Best turkey pot pie (days special) I ever had. None of the usual creamy gloppy gravy but fresh vegetables hand cut, very large pieces of turkey in a natural sauce. Companions french fries were fresh cut, cooked to perfection and delicious and I don't usually even eat fries but I was picking her plate clean.
Large, but not overwhelming quantities and very reasonable prices.    [08 Jun 2006 17:03:22]

Good Fun and Good Food
We've visited the area several times and always make a point of visiting the Piccadilly Pub and we've won several visitors over for them also! It's a fun atmosphere; a little noisy but on the festive side. Waitresses are always friendly and attentive. The food has never disappointed us or our guests. Portions are generous and you'd think they were too big until you start eating! The food is so delicious that you clean your plate before you realize it! The Sturbridge Piccadilly serves some of the best Vodka Collins I've ever had and those are also generously sized. This is a don't miss restaurant!    [07 Jul 2006 22:12:14]
