Bad Experience at IHOP
I decided to go to IHOP with my cousin and my boyfriend, around 3 pm on 09/03/06. We got to the lobby, and waited for about 5 minutes; nobody paid attention to us. Then some waitress came up to us and said that the host would be right with us. Five minutes after, the host came to us and greeted us. He looked like he was the manager, and he acted like he didn't know that we waited for a long time; he should have apologized. But we just let it go. We had a great waitress named Deborah who was very attentive and made us feel very special.

But the reason why I am mailing this complaint is because we heard and observed how the manager talked in Spanish and laughed all the time. My boyfriend, my cousin, and a couple that were sitting next to us found it very disrespectful. I found it very unprofessional for a manager to be so loud and to disrespect the customers that could hear but not understand his "funny" conversations.
