Forget this place Hostess doesn't know how to manage a wait list. Bar staff is friendly and efficient, but management is THE most arrogant than I've ever seen, on 4 continents!
Food is marginal. My date got sick before the end of the meal. [06 Jul 2007 22:47:20]

Food was terrible. My college dining hall made a better chicken parm. Way overpriced for horrible food and service. [13 Aug 2007 20:55:25]

Not Worth It... Worst management possible, very unprofessional when it came to handling a simple request. Food is mediocre too... [28 Aug 2007 17:59:35]

Great Addition to Moody Street I don't know what these other people are saying here, I thought the food was great. The place reminds me of Las Vegas inside with the spiral staircase and the dome mural. The service was OK, but the food and ambiance made up for it. [18 Sep 2007 12:23:55]

A visitor's review A delightful experience awaited me as I ventured into Biagio - a local patron chatted with me at the bar and quickly introduced me to the owners. Bar service was superb - lovely bartender served over sized chilled martinis. Food was fresh and delicious - the presentation complimented the surroundings and I felt like I was dining in Italy for an evening. I highly recommend Biagio for out of town visitors. Favoloso! What a delightful evening! My husband and I wanted something close to home and fun to celebrate our anniversary... We ate at the bar the service was spectacular the drinks and meals were outstanding. I'm always impressed when I enter a restaurant and cannot distinguish who the owner(s) are...No big egos here! A five star evening...Thank you Joey..we will definitely return! Don't miss the signature dessert Martini, delicious! [21 Oct 2007 16:27:23]

Delicious, Great Lounge Saturday night with friends was a blast. We ate a great dinner in the dining room (beautiful) and then went to the lounge upstairs for drinks and dessert. It was a great crowd of people, and we got a nice spot on the couches. This place has come a long way since opening in February. Highly recommend [30 Oct 2007 12:54:49]

Finally...Good Italian Food in Waltham! Did you go to the same restaurant I did?
The Hostess was so nice to my family. There was 10 of us (not an easy request) without a reservation. She was very accommodating. We sat at the bar and had several delicious martini's. Try the Pomegranate definitely! As for our meal, wow. I started with the Calamari and antipasto (unbelievable), then the Lobster ravioli (unreal) and finished with a Chocolate martini. The food was awesome. We had fun, ate great food and truly enjoyed ourselves.
Thank you for such a fabulous experience! [06 Nov 2007 10:12:06]
