I Love This Place.
Every time I go to Prospect Cafe, I get the feel that it is indeed a family business. The cooks/delivery/cashiers always are kind and fun to be around.

Food is always well made, and portioned generously for such a low price. Only problem is that sometimes they take a while to deliver. Granted, that's probably only because they are in such high demand.

Not Worth It
I ordered takeout on a Friday night, and it was to take an hour. After 2 hours and unable to get through on the phone (there was a busy signal for an hour), we finally spoke with the guy who took our order. He informed us it should be there any second. We got it a few minutes later. Cold. There was no apology from either the guy on the phone or the delivery guy about the time. No offer of coupons or discounts. Nothing. Crappy food with crappy service. I would have rather put a little more effort into driving somewhere and picking up a pizza or paying more for a good pizza.    [26 Apr 2007 10:37:21]

Missing Ingredients, Doubtful Refunds
Ordering online with this cafe is risky. They don't read the contents of your order. I got a veggie sandwich without veggies. No side orders delivered. When I called, the guy argued and refused to refund. So much for customer service. I will never ever order from this place again.    [20 Jul 2007 18:53:24]
