Halfway Cafe Left Me Cold
I ordered pot roast. When my dinner came, it was stone cold; the gravy had jelled on both my meat and potato. When I tasted the potato it was very cold.

I asked the server to take it back...food arrived back at the table in less than five minutes. The meat was a little warmer and the potatoes were still on the cold side. I mentioned this to the server, expecting her to bring me a side of mashed potatoes. She disappeared and did not appear again until she brought our check. I basically paid for mediocre pot roast with no edible sides - a very big disappointment. I can not recommend this restaurant's Watertown location.    [19 Mar 2005 20:06:02]
