Great Experience
The 1790 is awesome. We went and there was live jazz in the tavern. We both ordered the surf and turf and it was perfect! They don't charge extra for 'sides' as a lot of places now do, so the $27 we paid for our dinner was a bargain. We definitely will be regulars!    [04 Mar 2007 10:01:15]

Fair
Went to the 1790 yesterday for dinner and to listen to the jazz. Jazz never showed up. The service was very good. The food was very pricey. The steak was good; the scallops arrived cold. I would give it a fair overall. Many other choices in the area that has better food and lower prices. Mediocre experience for $125.00...    [13 Apr 2007 10:27:22]
