Bad Eggplant Calzone
Woburn House of Pizza creates a terrible eggplant concoction. I ordered a large eggplant calzone for Superbowl night. I threw it in the trash (in the garage so I wouldn't have to smell it)! Totally overwhelmed by cheese, no eggplant to speak of, only the taste of the grease from the fried eggplant. Yuuck!    [05 Feb 2006 19:35:09]

Great Local Eatery
I ordered the beef El Greco, and enjoyed it. I would order it again. My wife had the chicken Marsala, which she said was the best Marsala she has had in a long time. Our waitress, Pat, was sweet and attentive. Now I know why this place has been a locals' favorite for all these years. We are new to the area, and are glad this place was recommended to us. Hello, Is Anyone Still Here?
Very disappointing visit to "House"; after bringing our food, waitress was not seen again for quite some time, no drink refills offered, no "How is everything?", no bread and butter, and had to search around other tables to find salt shaker. There were no other diners at the time (off-hours). The menu has carried fried clams for years, but the restaurant hasn't had clams for over two years we were told. Yet the menu has been updated, which is obvious by the current prices. This was a great place in the past, but we just had our last visit.    [12 Apr 2007 18:00:39]
