Possibly My Favorite Restaurant in the Country
Magic tricks - and off-beat, but always friendly wait-staff - dishes you will find nowhere else - and an atmosphere that you just can't replicate anywhere. You can't really call the service good in the classical sense, but it is the best service in the world in the sense of pure friendliness with a lack of any pretension whatsoever. It is what it is.

The food can be hit or miss - it's rarely outstanding, but never bad. Rock solid breakfast plates - chicken fingers are very filling with a nice salad...

Take about 10 minutes to study the menu - I've eaten there about 30 times and it still doesn't make sense to me, but I love it because I'll find something new every time.

Bottom line - Chick and Ruth's is a true dining "experience" - I feel sorry for those that never get to see what I am talking about. Trust me - you'll never forget it!    [28 Jun 2004 19:20:37]
