Description
The entrance to this restaurant looks like a typical strip-mall storefront and might be easily over-looked if someone were in a hurry. It is located just to the right of Blockbusters video making it very convenient to get a video and dinner to go with one easy stop.

Take-out turned into dine-in. Our daughter told us about this restaurant or I would never have noticed it so soon. We decided to try it, since we were tired, by getting take-out. When we walked in and realized how bright, open, and pleasant the atmosphere was we decided to eat in their cafeteria style restaurant. The facilities consist of a serve yourself buffet of food which would be familiar to anyone who has eaten out at a Chinese restaurant before and large area filled with generously spaced tables. Even at maximum occupancy it was apparent there would be no over crowding.
The food was fresh, hot, and tasty and we could try whatever we wanted which is a big benefit over a traditional restaurant where you are required to chose from one of several offerings [12 Mar 2000 21:09:05]

Cockroach invasion My husband, myself and our 4 year old son went to lunch here on August 1, 2007. The review previously listed on here was from 2000 and I over looked that. When I arrived to the restaurant it was in a not so good part of town, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I entered the restaurant and the staff was hanging out, the dining room was small and the lighting was horrible. We entered and were seated at a table by a wall. Other diners were enjoying their meal and appeared to be regulars. The variety was OK, nothing to write home about. The quality was lacking a lot and food wasn't very fresh. I am a mystery shopper by profession so these are the things I am paid to look for. The wait staff was attentive enough to us that I didn't have any complaints. The rug needed replacement along with the side boards and some ceiling tiles. Both men and womens bathrooms were small, not regularly clean and the womens had handwritten signs that looked horrible. The plates used for the buffet were old and in need of replacement and the staff placed old (possibly beyond health inspector standards) on top of the new food they just brought out. After dining for about 30 minutes I noticed a rather large bug craw up the chair next to my husband. I immediately stopped eating and said "Please tell me that isn't what I think it is." He said "I won't tell you then." I went to alert the staff and my husband tried to kill the cockroach (which wouldn't die). The staff didn't seem surprised and appeared unnerved that the cockroach came out in the dining room. Another diner looked over and said "Wow, that's a big one" and continued eating. As soon as my husband and son got out of the bathroom we went up front, an employee told us we didn't have to pay and we immediately left, vowing NEVER to back there again. [14 Aug 2007 15:01:09]
