This place is AWESOME!
I love bbq but frankly gave up that I'd find anything decent in Maryland. Thank you lord, I was wrong. This place is incredible. It is simply the best BBQ anywhere. Period. The pulled pork was so good I cried openly at the counter. The brisket was like perfect. Oh yeah...Order the sides. I know that people think the sides are just an afterthought...but they are amazing here. I hate coleslaw but was forced to try it here and now I love it.    [05 Apr 2005 12:13:17]

That dinner was DEE-luxe!!!
Okay, I borrowed that quote from one of my husband's relatives down south, but I think it is appropriate to apply to my numerous experiences eating the food here. It is so hard to find genuine southern barbecue round these parts, but these guys know their stuff. In fact, their pulled pork sandwich has spoiled me for the ones I have ordered since down in the Carolinas. They just didn't compare to the Wolf's. For an extra kick, drizzle their mustard vinegar on top -- yum! I also am addicted to their baked beans -- NOTHING like that sweet, mushy crap people are used to eating. They are tangy & spicy and have a great texture. I have one word for you, Wolf -- Stay!    [15 Sep 2007 13:38:41]
