Great Home Cookin' A cozy atmosphere surrounds you as you enjoy the homemade meals and sweetened iced tea. The model train making the rounds above the tables adds a nice touch. [27 Dec 2002 11:44:29]

Thumbs Up Yeah, what both of the other reviews said is true. The food is cheap, the portions are huge and everythings great. They deliver and serve breakfast all day, but the diner food and the sandwiches are the best! Try any of the specials. [11 Oct 2005 09:26:56]

Great food I was a little bit worried about going here but my experience was great. I enjoyed a Gyro Platter. The eating experience started with a greek salad. Followed by a platter with lamb or chicken gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, tomato, onion and french fries. Yummy!! [17 Oct 2006 12:48:02]

I love this place. This places makes one of the best Bacon, egg, and cheese with butter and jelly on toast. From the sandwich with scrapple on the side to the Half and Half (it's a drink). [17 Jan 2007 09:48:07]

best in town Four of us shared four meals, all different and finished every last bite. We all said the same thing--best food in town at the very best price. Even the desserts were excellent.

AWESOME, FRIENDLY, FAMILY CAFE !!! In this tough economy, the Ashland Cafe offers incredible eating, cozy environment, super-friendly servers and bussers. You enjoy your over-sized meal as you meet old friends and make new ones. John frequently visits with customers and you would never know he's the owner of the Ashland Cafe because he's so down to earth and makes sure you are treated extra-special. Prices are extremely reasonable. FOOD IS GREAT!!! Try it, you'll like it alot !!!!!! [31 May 2009 16:46:17]
