This is a wonderful place. We live nearby. Okay, okay - we actually bought our house, in part, because it was near this restaurant.

Great, fast service.
Wonderful ambiance.

Disappointing
I expected so much but was really disappointed by the one lunch I had there. It was shrimp with vegetables and it was unremarkable and a bit greasy. I may try it again after reading all the great reviews. It is a very pretty restaurant too. Maybe I'm too fussy.    [22 Aug 2003 21:00:52]

Wonderful
Friendly employees, clean, beautiful atmosphere. This is the only Chinese restaurant I love and go to. I love Chicken with cashews, but I do not like anything else in it. This is what I get here. And the plum sauce is wonderful!    [21 Dec 2003 09:55:07]

Poor Service for deaf customers
Hunan Manor never takes the time to accept a relay call from a deaf customer. Often get hung up on the first 2 to 3 times before they realize what they are doing. Happens most everytime we call.

Once we get through, we often get passed around a number of people to answer our call. Until they improve their "phone handling" service, I will not be ordering food from them.    [30 Dec 2003 11:09:58]

Still very good
It was our favorite restaurant before moving from Columbia about 5 years ago. I thought then you could throw a dart at the menu, pick anything it lands on and it will be good.

Love at First Bite
My husband actually took me here on our second date...combo of the atmosphere, awesome food, and Pina Coladas...I knew my man had good taste! We have been ordering for delivery since we expanded our family and the food is just as tasty at home.    [11 Feb 2005 19:30:33]

Still the Best
I used to be a land surveyor working out of the Loyola College building there on the corner of Snowden and BL Pkwy. They have been my favorite since the day they opened some 10 or 15 years ago.
