authentic and modern Chinese
My family's been dining at Crystal Hunan for years. While the menu contains the traditional Chinese standbys (General Tso's chicken, hunan dishes, sweet and sour dishes, etc.), they also have modern specials.

The crabmeat rangoon is mouthwateringly yummy. (it's made up of cream cheese wrapped in wonton skin.)    [20 Jan 2002 09:05:40]

The best Chinese food around!
My family first visited Crystal Hunan 8 years ago, and we've been going back ever since. I can honestly say we've never been disappointed with their delcious food. We enjoy dining in their restaurant, and although we live 30 minutes away we still order carry-out here. We've never found another Chinese restaurant that we like as much as Crystal Hunan.    [30 Jan 2007 18:01:23]
