The Rooster Cafe was opened in September 2003, by CIA trained Chef, Mark Schek.
Its concise menu features "Provencal " accented cuisine with a creative touch.
All items are made in house, which the Chef/owner learned working in Michelin starred restaurants in Europe.
The Chef is happy to pair both the wine and food, and in some cases can create a personalized menu for the whole table. Just ask!
