doughboys’ chunky marinara sauce is slow-cooked to perfection using plum tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices. The daily prepared, pizza dough is a combination of three different types of flour. The recipe produces a uniquely crisp pizza that is fire-baked to golden brown. The natural flavors of our dough, sauce, and quality toppings; are enhanced by the fire in our stone-hearth oven, giving our signature personal sized pizza a distinct taste.
Our focaccia dough is prepared daily using our proprietary recipe, and is fire-baked in our stone-hearth oven. The focaccia bread is used to make hot-pressed paninis stuffed with the highest quality meat, cheese, and vegetables. The satisfying and crispy paninis offer a hearty and healthy alternative to ordinary sandwiches.
The combination of high quality olive oil, vinegar, juice, fresh herbs and spices create a variety of refreshing salad dressings and vinaigrettes. The utilization of baby lettuces, which are often less bitter and more tender and delicate, supplemented with other fresh produce, fruit, roasted nuts and cheeses, make doughboys’ salads a step above the competitors’.

Great place, food, and service
I visited doughboys a few nights ago and had one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Simple, tasty, and not expensive. Try the Spicy Chicken pizza. It's got a kick! You should try it.    [27 Jun 2007 10:15:35]

Best Pizza In Town!
Man! I tried the Spicy Chicken Pizza at Doughboys yesterday and was blown away by how good this pizza was. This and crispy topped with some of the freshest ingredients. I have to give this place two thumbs up!    [25 Jul 2007 12:26:07]
