Delicious! Everything we've gotten at the Golden Bull was delicious. We particularly like the prime rib, filet, and ribs. My daughter would lick the plate if we let her! And the salad bar has something for everyone. [30 Oct 2003 14:59:48]

Wonderful Dining, No Bull Tucked away down a side street of the main road near the main entrance to the fairgrounds, you might miss this place - but that would be a mistake. This restaurant deserves high marks in all respects. Besides many personal dinners eaten here, I also attended one of those freebie marketing dinner buffets hosted at the Golden Bull, and even *that* was delicious.
Yes, they have prime rib, and its tender, juicy, and delicious. But they also have lots of other menu options, and the only problem is that you can't eat them all. What's more, you may have trouble finishing any one of them, since they all come with an extensive salad bar that features everything from soup to nuts (literally). Its all good.. no, great. Really fine basic American cuisine.
The dining rooms are richly appointed and very attractive as well. The ambiance is quiet and refined. You'll get the feel of the place as soon as you enter the front door, where there is a large waiting area and a huge bouquet of fresh flowers. [18 May 2006 14:28:24]
