Come for the lunchtime Buffet
If you like Indian food, you can't beat Tiffin. The buffet during the week is around $10 per person and they have all the usual foods. Some of my favorite are the tandoori chicken, the spinach with potatoes, the potatoes with mixed vegetables, the crispy fried vegetables, the samosas, and the naan bread. My wife likes the chicken curry. Overall the foods are slightly spicier than I would like, but I am a lightweight when it comes to eating spicy things. On weekends I have seen lamb dishes as well on the buffet, but the weekend buffet is slightly more expensive. For evenings during the week the buffet is not available but the menu is pretty extensive and you can get whatever you want, not just what is offered on the buffet. (When the buffet is not present I get the chicken tikka - it is similar to tandoori chicken but is all white meat and no bones.)    [06 Dec 2007 05:07:48]
