decent for a chain restaurant, not worth waiting for
Rockvillians love chain restaurants for some reason, and this is an especially popular one, so get ready to wait for a table! The others can have their chain restaurants, I'll take a small ethnic restaurant over those any day. Having said all that, the food here is perfectly good Tex-Mex fare, certainly better than ChiChi's or El Torito's ever was. It's more on par with the very overrated Rio Grande. For chain Mexican restaurants, I'll take Chevy's every time.    [23 May 2000 15:51:10]
