North African restaurant with exotic decor and belly dancers in the evenings. The menu features Arab and Berber-influenced stews, with cumin, cinnamon, paprika and saffron.

Located in the redeveloped, downtown City Place Mall near the movie theater.

Morocco in the Mall?
Had it not been a rainy day with bad traffic my husband and I would have never stopped in Silver Spring, MD - funny how fates work. This was my first experience with Moroccan dining and what a wonderful experience it was. We tried one of the Morroccan feasts to give us an overview of the various foods on the menu and left very satisfied.

The service was great, the food was great, and we are looking forward to making the journey back to SS for another Taste of Morocco.    [04 Feb 2006 19:23:13]

Very nice experience
It wouldn't be a better gift for my husband in his birthday than going to this restaurant with 30 guests. Every one was very happy, and we can't wait to go back again.    [24 Jun 2008 11:04:10]
