One of the top 5 restaurants in Lewiston/Auburn. This is one of those classy places in L/A where the rich lawyers bring their trophy wives once a week. We have the luxury of going there from time to time, and each occasion is a delight.    [10 Aug 2004 09:09:02]

Better Places
Rolandeau's Restaurant is strickly a place of business. Their least of concerns is customer satisfaction. If you have a problem, don't bother telling it to the management. They could care less. We've eaten there four times, (the last time was February 14) and twice we've had problems. We will not go there for a fifth. There are many good restaurants in L/A where the customer does come first.    [17 Feb 2005 05:54:06]

Ordinary.
This place seems to be a favorite with the senior crowd. I generally go with a funeral group. They catered my wedding, and did a great job at that however. They specialize in prime rib, but you can't get it rare - medium is as rare as they go.

Other than that, the food is on the bland side.    [01 Nov 2005 22:16:03]

Decent, okay, not exciting
Food? well it was well prepared good enough, not outstanding, but the portions were simply not great for the price especially in this area.I had their haddock and would probably try something else.
The ambience gets the lowest mark,it was quite loud, it was way too dark and the decor was dated and dreary. ( a lot of 'D's ha ha)
The service was very nice though. I wont mention her name but suffice it to say she was the oldest one there and was pleasant and efficient. Overall it is a decent place, but I would much prefer one of their competitors, The Munroe Inn. My wife and I give them higher scores in every catefory!    [15 Nov 2005 20:27:20]
