The Best Restaurant in Town By far the best retaurant in Bucksport. The staff are friendly, polite, and do anything they can to make your dining experience a pleasant one. The inside of the restaurant is decorated with neat woven "paintings" and an overall great look. [29 Nov 2005 22:17:13]

This place os OK if you can't make the drive to Bangor or Ellsworth... The food there is *usually* pretty good, though the last time I was there my "Salt & Pepper Chicken" was *not so good* (it seemed like this time it was all batter and not alot of chicken). I would've just forgotten about it, but when I told the cashier about my disappointment, she just reacted in disbelief (?) and didn't apologize - it was pretty much a non-reaction. The poor food of that time, and her non-acknowledgement of any problem has kept me from eating there for about 4 months.
I am here tonight, stuck in Bucksport, so I will give them one more chance, and will relate the particulars here. [29 Apr 2006 17:25:39]

Bucksport Chinese Cuisine Very friendly local waitstaff, and hot food served quickly. Chicken is succulent and juicy. Actually, there was much more meat in my dishes than I am used to getting at other Chinese restaurants.
The crab rangoons were rich without being too rich, and were chock full of flavor. Very crispy, and heavenly served hot.
My daughter Alyssa (kindergarten), who normally will not eat anything not overtly American, not only eats the lo mein here, but actually requests it when asked where she wants to eat for dinner.
Highly recommended when in Bucksport. [11 Jul 2006 15:55:44]
