Great food.... for Lewiston
After moving back to Maine from Phoenix, AZ, I was sure I'd have a difficult time finding QUALITY Asian fare. And boy, was I right. 99% of nearby 'Chinese' restaurants featured nothing more than watered-down, Americanized versions of what should be a dynamic, exciting cuisine. Even when I asked for extra spicy versions of my favorites, I was treated to lame, bland food. Not that Chopsticks is anything to brag about to friends back in AZ, it does feature well-crafted, creative versions of standard Chinese fare. You won't however find many customers of Asian descent coming here though. Most are smart enough to cook at home or make a trip to Portland. C'mon Lewiston!
