WOW Hi, I went to the Rockland Subway over this past summer and there were two excellent employees that I thought were absolutely adorable. They were twins, Amber and Amander. The girls were very sweet, funny, and quick. They made very good sandwiches for my husband and myself. I just wanted to commend these girls because I rarely see such friendly, smiley faces. Thanks. Subway disappointed me I went to subway, Rockland today, 5/1 and purchased $24.00 worth of sandwiches. They were the worst made and disgusting sandwiches I have ever had. What a waste of good money. I can not recommend or even return to that Subway. Junk. [01 May 2005 20:11:02]

Better managment I went to subway and ordered the personal pizza's for my kids, two wanted pep and one wanted chix. The manager be-littled the staff that was trying to accommidate my request in front of a growing line that had now come to a stand still. Which I would have been more than happy to pay extra for. I pointed out to the the mngr that they should re-word thier board that stats, personalize your own /.50 addtional topings. She told me I would have to pay for double meat. And than told her staff that they needed to get with it. I also ordered a 12" veggie delight. The manager than asked me if I wanted veggies on my sandwhich... um of course its a veggie delight was my response. Prior to my order a very nice couple in front of me was ordering a 12" and requested that they wanted different toppings on each half, because they would be splitting it. The manager than said, " you must be from out of town!" The husband said, "why becuase you think we are being difficult?" and the wife said "why no, we are locals, can't you tell be our accent?" The manager needs to spend a little more time training the staff about new products that are being offered, before there are 20 people standing in front of them. I also think the manager needs to focus on appropriate ways to interact with customers. Staff was great, management needs serious work [10 Jul 2007 14:38:11]
