High Prices & Bad Food
The prices are 10% higher than nearby restaurants.
You ask for well done you get rare.
They own their own food service so there is no competition to have quality food.
They sweep next to the salad bar with the food exposed.
Hand drying towels are stored on bathroom floor before they are used.
