Rude!
I called for my first time to place a large carry-out mind you. The manager answered the phone. Their combinations come with pork fried rice, I wanted to substitute for Chicken fried rice and was willing to pay extra. He stated "NO SUBSTITUES." I have NEVER come accross that at any Chinese restaurant. The alacarte is basically that same price as the combination (within .50) so I told the manager I have never had a Chinese restaurant deny me a substitute on a combination and he said "GO THERE THEN." I am personally not a complainer, but found it ridiculous that they couldn't just add on a buck or two. They are very rude and obviously do not believe in satisfying their customers.    [11 Nov 2006 17:59:02]
