What is there to recommend?
We went in on a Wednesday night in December and stood at the podium waiting for the hostess for about five minutes. When she finally arrived, she just brushed past us with a frown suggesting that we seat ourselves. We found a table but there were no chairs so we had to scavange for chairs at other tables ourselves. We waited again for another five minutes and then a waitress said she would be right with us. The atmosphere was loud and obnoxious, the demographic were tired skiers wanting to either feed their group of kids or have a pitcher of beer, the hostess, busboys and waitresses all appeared to be 16 years old or younger without smiles, and it was dark and dingy with plastic tablecloths. After we didn't even receive menus for another ten minutes we left. Although the food looked good at other tables, we weren't able to try it. I suggest to the owners to hire more competent staff - some that are glad to see you there and make you feel comfortable. We felt like a nuisance and a burden just by walking in the door.    [01 Jan 2006 12:55:06]
