Great Music in Brighton
They have music on the weekend at an early enough hour that parents can even enjoy it. The night we were there, a band called Wixom Slim and the Wise Guys played. Really great band!    [18 Oct 2004 15:08:17]

Great Salmon Dish
Brighton Bar and Grill on Main St in Brighton, Michigan has great food. I've never been disappointed. They have this one grilled salmon dish with pecans that is one of their specialties and it is really good. Ambiance is good - nice-looking brick, tall ceilings. Large bar wood thing. Has some booths. I'm not good at describing things but I just wanted to say that they have really good food there and it looks cool inside too.    [01 May 2005 17:31:53]

I must say, my husband and I dined at BB&G a lot when they were members of the Trade Network and now we rarely eat there. The pluses were of course, the Trade Network and the food - I've never had a dish there that I didn't like. But our biggest concern is how slow the service is. I don't mind sitting in a restaurant for an hour enjoying myself, but at BB&G it seems like you sit there for over an hour when you shouldn't really have to. There are large lulls between drinks and bread, bread and appetizer, appetizer and meal... so much so that we almost always have to remind our waiter of something that he/she has forgotten - like refills of drink or salads, etc. That is the only reason that we choose another restaurant now, like Stillwater Grill that has better food and faster service. This way we can actually eat BEFORE going out to a movie and not worry about getting there too late.    [01 Jan 2006 13:06:49]

It's a gamble
Don't bother, Hot food served cold, A water glass that was empty before desert and never got refilled even though the Mgr and waitress where standing by the bar BS'ing. It was Friday noght, prime time and they should have had their best going full force but didn't. I won't go back even when they send me a free "coupon".    [22 Aug 2008 22:33:26]
