Poor Service, Ambiance
Yet another Applebee's experience with poor service and a lack-luster atmosphere compared with its chain counterparts like TGI Fridays and Chili's. From the annoying hosts, to the slow service, to the cold food, this was not an enjoyable experience. The wait staff was friendly and gave us a discount for the inconvenience, but I'd much rather have it right the first time. Applebee's only redeeming quality is its food, which if it weren't cold, would taste pretty good.    [25 Sep 2004 17:26:26]
