Sometimes their customer service should be reviewed. Their pizza is outstanding. Sizes are a bit deceiving. A large looks like a medium and a medium looks like a large. (That is compared to other pizza restaurants.)    [18 Sep 2004 16:20:31]

Not so good anymore
I used to like Hungry Howie's for a cheap, easy pizza with more than one item and flavored crust. The last few times I went the pizza was substandard. Dry, hard, and not enough sauce. I won't be going again. Also, the staff seem to have developed an attitude lately - not sure why, because this is new. I recommend one of many other places now.    [22 May 2006 12:53:24]

Hungry Howie's Continues to disappoint
I frequently order delivery from a Hungry Howie's near my home; however, in the last 2 months, they have made errors in the orders. When I have called to see what happened, the customer service was worse than poor. What happened to the old saying the customer is always right and therefore do all you can to make it right. Not one of the times did the manager of the store offer any form of compensation (i.e. coupons, percentage off next order, etc).
