THE BEST, bar none.
Undoubtedly the best sushi in town. Reasonable, fast, fresh and always delicious. Been a fan since only Ted-san was the only sushi chef and the place had two tables for 2. I can't say the ambiance is 5 star; it is, after all, tucked into the back of the store, but everything else is superb. The hardest working sushi chefs anywhere. Noble is, by far, the best traditional sushi in Michigan. It can even stand up to places I've been in California and is better than anywhere I've visited in Florida. It is what a sushi bar should be. Keep up the good work.    [28 Feb 2003 13:18:13]

One of the best in the United States

Definately the best fish in town
Always fresh, always good, great value, well worth going to.
Let's be honest, there is better sushi available, but nothing close to these prices.
The ladies don't always care for the spartan surroundings, but that's what take-out is for.
