Always gets your order wrong
In August, I bought a veggie burger from Burger King in Clio, MI on three separate occassions. Two of the three times Burger King got my order wrong (they put mayo on my orders when I told them not to), and I had to throw the veggie burgers away when I got home. I tried to resolve the issue with Burger King myself. I contacted the corporate office for a refund. However, they just sent me a letter saying mistakes happen and an empty promise that they strive to get orders correct. I should not have to pay for something I never received--my orders how I ordered them. How hard is it to get a burger order correct?    [07 Oct 2007 14:17:15]
