Hot 'N Now Hamburgers
Although this establishment no longer exists, I remember how good it was and how cheap when I was in college in the late 80's early 90's. I have not seen one since leaving college town Alabama all those years ago, but every once in a while, I will crave one of the breakfast sandwiches made up of eggs, cheese, and hashbrowns on toast - especially when I was pregnant. I wish I could get one like they used to make. It was so perfectly greasy - just enough, not too much - and the flavor was different than if you tried to imitate it yourself or somewhere else.
