Simply superb dining on the Lake Superior shore
Over the course of several years, my wife and I have sampled nearly everything on the menu, which changes only slightly from year to year, but always for the better. We've met dozens and dozens of people for whom the Harbor Haus Restaurant is THE main reason to go to Copper Harbor. We are among that number (but there are other, beautiful, scenic reasons, too). Over many years of travels throughout the country, and sampling dozens of fine restaurants, my wife and I rank the Harbor Haus somewhere in the top five. And the service is superb.

P.S. Don't let the "German" fool you. There are German items on the menu, but they are FAR outnumbered by steak, seafood, etc.    [26 Oct 2006 23:44:01]
