Initial impressions are favorable
We had dinner Aug.10th, during.....DEXTER DAZE. Turned out we did find a place to park.

V. helpful wait staff, proud of what the place was doing. Great salads, esp. gorgonzola & grilled pear. Veal saltimbocca was very good, and co-diners agreed. Pork T-loin w/espresso was good, not as good as the veal. Two fish plates were good.

Excellent sides: polenta fries, asparagus done terrifically. Desserts were OK; cocoa creme brulee was better than the choc. cake slices. Decaf espresso done on their Rancilio machine was marginally OK, but had zero crema.

Overall: for what we paid, we thought it was a better value than either Terry B's or Northpoint. Now they need to continue to get better. Very encouraging, so we'll be back.    [20 Aug 2007 16:27:56]
